All gone

It really is gone. In a heap in the backyard...

House is almost gone...

The demo guy suggested we take pictures in the cab of the thing that is eating our house and putting it into piles. All that is left now is the foundation. We are so excited to start rebuilding! Jonathan will come home tonight to see no house...

Demo party

We had our last party at the blue house with neighbors & friends. Lots of bricks & sledge hammers were used to put holes in the walls.

New Casa

I forgot to write on the last post.as you could see the garage is finally empty. What a job! Our new washroom is in full swing. The house is ready for the complete demo on Monday morning!
We are getting adjusted to our little cabin/trailer in the front yard. How do you like the Portuguese style sign.

As you can see kitchen is now gone.they ripped out the heating ducts too.we are still moving out,but lots of people working all around us.

Deck is gone

Soft demolition started today.Fernando moved lots into the trailer.we are still working on clearing out the house.Can't find anything.dinner will be reservations...

Dismantling the deck

One of the workers is dismantling the deck so he can use the wood.as you can see the patio furniture is by the fence.Still packing up and trying to move out.
